With an Italian and Venezuelan family background and an impressive career in Economics, Marketing and Retail, our Duke-educated big boss, José Trezza, is a tricultural triple threat.
Having served as Verizon’s Marketing and Business Development Director for over 20 years, he recognizes the power of a brand’s identity and its place in the market.
A proud member of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and Standford’s Latino Business Action Network, José is considered an industry disruptor and visionary.
Through an inventive and holistic approach, he and his team have redefined the traditional concept of office spaces in the South Florida landscape.
Jose Trezza’s purpose is to inspire team collaboration and productivity through beautiful design, daring business owners to prioritize the quality of their spaces and the people in them.
Marco Trezza_
Design Director
A true visual artist, Marco Trezza is our design and space planning whiz.
An alumnus of the Scuola Politecnica Di Design in Milan, Italy, Marco has over 20 years of experience in the design, advertising and branding industry, serving as Designer and Art Director for renowned agencies like Ogilvy, Publicis and FCB Global.
After joining the UOF team in Miami, Marco traveled back to his native Italy to get certified in the latest space design and space planning software programs.
Beyond his many specialties, Marco’s genius lies intuitive and comprehensive approach he shows in his work. His whimsical spirit and charming style are evident in every project he creates.

Kika Pérez_
Communications Director
Kika Pérez is the entertainment industry transplant who become our multifaceted secret weapon.
Her Spanish-Colombian roots and American upbringing have rendered her a powerful multicultural perspective that is present in her distinctive style.
With an academic background in Communication and Journalism and a career in TV and film, Kika has developed an incredibly dynamic and spirited craft that has elevated our brand by defying the industry standard.
Kika understands that effective communication is entirely about connection: nurturing our creative forces, as individuals and businesses, is the most authentic way to deliver a clear and compelling message.
Dorcas García_
Operations Director
Our favorite Cubana is also the operational superhero of our company. With an overload of charisma, kindness and a multi-tasking ability only natural to modern-day women, Dorcas is the professional glue that holds it all together at UOF.
With an academic background in IT, Business and Interior Design, she has made sure to cover all of the educational bases necessary to beautifully excel in her field.
A Mercedes-Benz transplant with extensive knowledge of high-end brand dynamics and the luxury market, Ms. García has over 15 years of experience in the retail industry, where she has showcased her exquisite mastery of virtuous service and the intrinsic relationships existing between businesses.
Her familiarity with the melting pot that is the South Florida panorama and the extraordinary ability with which she relates to all actors of our operation, make Dorcas an essential part of our team and a contributing character to our prosperity.
Vicente Lombardi_
International Markets Analyst
Vicente Lombardi is our brand jetsetter. A tricultural dweller, he makes sure we stay on top of the global market scene, visiting manufacturers and trade shows in Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, as he gathers product and customer data to better serve UOF’s positioning and growth.
With an Accounting Degree from Venezuela’s prestigious Universidad Central, and industry experience of over 34 years, Lombardi is a natural born project manager and the perfect International Liaison for our company.
An entrepreneur and business owner himself, Vicente is a versatile leader with extensive knowledge of the import/export enterprise and a proven connoisseur of luxury commodities.
He owes his outstanding performance as Research Analyst to his sharp eye and sophisticated retail taste, which makes him incredibly qualified to curate strategic ventures in the designer furniture and accessories sector.
Fluent in Italian, Spanish and English, Vicente is the hybrid result of an Italian family background and Venezuelan-American upbringing. His unique multi-cultural influence allows him to dominate the needs of a cosmopolitan niche audience that is influenced and enticed by overseas trends and upscale living.
Luis Fernández_
Logistics Director
Luis Fernández is an expert in commercial strategizing, logistics and management.
His experience in the retail distribution sector and impressive planning and problem-solving skills have been paramount to UOF’s development over the years.
A native of Spain, Luis has over 45 years of experience in the European luxury trade industry, working with coveted upscale brands like Cartier, Gucci, Prada and Armani, among others.
With a European upbringing and a life shared between Latin America and the US, Luis Fernández is a multi-dimensional force to be reckoned with.
His ability to anticipate and prepare for just about any industrial scenario has gotten him where he is today; doing what he loves the most and keeping our house fun and engaged with his humorous personality, quirky sayings and undying loyalty.
